I decided to post a few of my oldie, but goodie photos that I had taken for my last class. Some of the pictures were posted on the family blog and some hadn't been posted at all. I wanted to post them here for those who hadn't seen them. Plus, I had a couple of new photos from the past week. Enjoy!

1. Nice composition and color. I probably would have stopped down a stop or two to add more detail to the flower petals. The texture on the edges of the petals are wonderful. It makes you feel like you can touch it.
2. Love this shot!!! The lighting is great, the color pops, and the detail is good. The highlight on the top petal is nice and the pollen is dust is sharp. Overall, I really love this shot.
3. I'm not too big on this one, it's a little hard to tell the center of subject. I like the lighting and the color, I just would have like to have seen more detail in the background.
4. Great photo!!! The expression is great and leaves the viewer wondering what he's looking at and draws one into the picture. Good exposure again with detail in the shadows. Composition is nice. It has a very dramatic look and I'm okay with the couch this time because the highlight in the back brings out some texture. Overall, excellent work!
